Travelodge, the UK’s first funds hotel chain, which operates over 600 hotels throughout the UK, Ireland and Spain, has introduced that it has exchanged contracts for two new hotels on the east coast of England, in Skegness and Harwich, with development on each developments having additionally commenced on website. The hotels are being developed by Burney Group and constructed by Faircloth Construction Ltd.
Skegness Seafront
The new 80-bed Travelodge hotel in Skegness is being constructed on a former loopy golf website on South Parade, and can create 30 new jobs. The hotel might be constructed to Travelodge’s new premium look design, and can function the corporate’s in-house restaurant 85 Bar Cafe, which might be situated on the highest ground of the six-storey constructing, giving views over the ocean. The hotel might be constructed alongside a Starbucks Drive Thru. Skegness Travelodge is anticipated to be open in time for Summer 2025.
Harwich Portside
